My Account Set Up

Can I change my own account details, e.g. password, contact details and delivery addresses?
Yes, you can. To change your account settings you will need to sign in with your username and password. Once successfully logged in, go to My Account. Under settings menu, there are a few options to change user details, address and password.

How do I add / change a delivery address?

  • Log In to Blackwoods website, Go to My Account and then click on the Update delivery address menu.
  • Click on change tab if the existing address needs to be amended.
  • Click on Add address to enter your new delivery address, once address is filled, click on save for that address to be saved under your account.
  • How do I delete a delivery address?

  • Log In to Blackwoods website, Go to My Account and then click on the Update delivery address menu.
  • The list of addresses comes up, click on the red X mark at the end of the address to delete the address line.
  • How do I change my password?

  • Log In to Blackwoods website, Go to My Account and then click on the Change Password menu.
  • Enter your existing password (passwords are case sensitive) and then type in your new password and then retype it again.
  • Click on the UPDATE button to confirm the password change.
  • Please note: Your new password must be between eight (8) and sixteen (16) characters long and must contain at least one numeric character [0-9]. Your password cannot be the same as your username. Passwords are case sensitive.

    Managing My Account

    How do I view my online order history?

  • Log in to the Blackwoods website, click on My Account and go to Order History menu to view the Order History page.
  • We can search for a single order by entering your purchase order number or you can search for orders by date range.
  • Please note: the Order History tool will only display orders that were placed on the website. It’s a feature selected at Registration. Please contact web Support if you would like to have this menu.

    How do I check the status of an online order(s)?

  • Log in to the Blackwoods website, click on My Account and go to Order Status menu to open the Order Status page.
  • Enter your Purchase Order Number / Blackwoods Order Reference Number (if known), else click on search tab which will bring the order list and click view to see them individually.
  • Results will be listed below. The status column indicates where your order is in our warehouse system.
    • BACKORDER – Items ordered are currently on Backorder
      INVOICED – Order has been despatched and invoiced
    Please Note: Blackwoods does not offer a tracking service for online orders that have been dispatched. This option is currently available only for trade account customers.

    Why can’t I see orders that I have placed by telephone or fax?
    Blackwoods offers the option to Check Order Status for online orders only. Kindly contact customer service at 13 73 23 to check on the status of your order placed via phone or fax or email.

    How do I view my invoices online?

  • Sign in to the Blackwoods website, click on My Account and go to View Invoices menu.
  • Invoices can be found using Purchase Order Number, Blackwoods Order Reference Number, Blackwoods Invoice Number or Date Range then click the SEARCH button.
  • Select the invoice number from the list of results to download an invoice reprint in PDF format.
  • It’s a feature selected at Registration for existing trade account customers. Please contact web Support if you would like to have this menu.

    How do I activate an alternate branch (es) to the Primary branch selected at Registration?
    Kindly contact Web Support team via email or phone 1800 750 588 to set up additional branch to your account.

    Can one user be linked to multiple account for the same customer?
    Yes, one user can have access to multiple account belonging to same business.

    I am setup to order goods from multiple branches, how do I use an alternate branch?
    Once successfully logged into the website, go to My Account menu located on the top navigation bar. Scroll down to Change the current activated account then select the account or branch you want to activate from the drop down list.
