Online Registration & Signing In

How do I register to order online?
To register online, click on Register here or located on the top right hand corner in the blue header and there will be 3 options on the registration page.


express registration
Non-ABN Customer: Simply provide your name, email address and postcode to get started. By providing your postcode, you'll see product availability in your area. Once registered, you will automatically be signed in and can immediately start ordering from Blackwoods with a credit card.
business registration
New Business: You'll receive an email with your login credentials and a new Blackwoods account number. You can then login and start ordering via credit card immediately. Once your credit application is approved, orders can be placed On Account.
existing trading account
Existing Trade Account Customer: If you already have an account and want to order online. Complete the signup form, and you will receive an email with your login credentials within 24 hours, after registration has been verified by our web support team. You can then login and start ordering on Account.

Why do I need a username and password
A username and password allows us to identify who you are so that we can provide you with secure access on our website to view customer specific pricing, real time availability at your local brand and enables you to place orders online.

Why do I receive a message telling me that my username is not available?
Blackwoods have a large number of customers who have registered to use the website already. It is possible that the username you have requested has already been allocated to another customer. If your sign in username is not available, please enter another one.

Can I have spaces in my username?
Your username cannot include spaces. However, an underscore "_" character can be used instead of a space

Can we have more than one user linked for an existing Trade Account?
Yes, we can have multiple users for one account

Are my username and password case sensitive?
Passwords are case sensitive. Usernames are not case sensitive.

How do I know if I am still logged in?
Your username will appear in the top right corner on the website. Also, prices will only be visible when you are logged in.

Why can't I sign in?

  • If you are logging in for the first time, please make sure the details entered into the Existing Password field are the same as the details you received in the notification email and that you enter your new password correctly into the New Password fields.
  • If you have already logged in before, please ensure your sign-in details are entered correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • If you cannot remember your sign-in details, please click on Forgot Your Details, fill in the tabs and we will email your sign-in username and password once we verify your details.
  • My login details are correct but I'm unable to log in
    If you haven't used your account (both online and via branch) with Blackwoods for a long time, the account might be disabled. Kindly contact web support by calling 1800 750 588 or email us to reactivate your account.

    Forgotten or Change Password

    What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  • Click on Forgot your Details tab on My Account Login screen on home page.
  • Enter your sign in username or email address. Confirm your email address/username is correct and click send
  • You will receive an email notification containing your password details. Alternatively, please call Web Support on 1800 750 588 or email us and quote your signin username or email address and we will send you a new password via email once we verify your details.
  • What do I do if I have forgotten my username?
    Please call Web Support on 1800 750 588 and we will email you your signin username and password once we verify your details.

    How do I change my password?

  • Log in to Blackwoods Website and go to My Account and then click on Change Password menu.

  • Enter your existing password (passwords are case sensitive) and then type in your new password and then retype it again.
  • Click on the Update button to confirm the password change
  • Please note: Your new password must be between eight (8) and sixteen (16) characters and must contain at least one number. your password cannot be the same as your username. Passwords are case sensitive.
